Again! Kodak sued Samsung digital imaging patent infringement – Kodak, prosecution, Samsung, digital imaging, patents, HTC, Apple

Kodak said Wednesday afternoon that the company has launched a lawsuit against Samsung alleging that Samsung's products infringe five patents Kodak digital imaging technology. The case has been handed over to New York Western Federal District Court. Kodak also has had Apple, HTC and Fujifilm made a similar accusation.

Kodak is currently struggling on the brink of bankruptcy, and has been trying to figure their patent portfolio to identify potential buyers to raise enough cash, the company chose to avoid bankruptcy.
Kodak's stock on Wednesday rose 2.9 cents, or 5.4%, to close at 56 cents. (Text / SAN)
